14K and Sterling Vintage Native Cuff Old Pawn fits 7 1/8" wrist

Beautiful design, looks like a river on this 14K and Sterling vintage cuff. Quality silver weight well worn feel. Lovely design on the gold overlay, well designed punchwork on the ends.
The bracelet measures 5 7/8" inside with a 1 1/2" gap, and weighs a solid 61 grams. It is 3/4" wide.
Stamped M.M. R and 14K for gold and 925 for Sterling and TJV for the artist who made it but I can't find any info on who that is.
The face measures 1 1/8" tall.
