Bisbee Turquoise & Coral Vintage Native Sterling Silver Ring, Size 9 1/2 JR 650

Fine quality domed Bisbee Turquoise stone paired up with 2 pieces of natural Coral. All set off by some good silverwork.
Nice wide comfortable split shank. Good wear and patina.
Tested Sterling. Marked on the back 51 and COLO. Was it made or bought or pawned in 1951 in Colorado? Also what looks like a social security number.
The ring is size 9 1/2 and weighs 24 grams.
